Government Affairs

The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) is the voice of the apartment industry in the Greater Dallas area and monitors all proposed legislation at the local, state and federal level that affects, directly or indirectly, the multifamily housing industry within the jurisdiction of the Association.

AAGD serves as the local liaison for the legislative programs conducted by the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, as well as maintaining its own Political Action Committee which contributes to local, county, state and federal level candidates that represent and advocate for the apartment industry.

We here at AAGD are happy to assist you with any legislative questions or concerns that you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us.
