Each year AAGD prepares a handout regarding municipal fees that affect our members. In this survey, members of AAGD can find the various inspection fees, water and sewer rates, solid waste cost, pool fees and requirements, along with other miscellaneous fees. Justices of the Peace

In Texas, Justices of the Peace preside over a variety of small-claims court issues, landlord-tenant disputes, specifically evictions. The AAGD Government Affairs staff works with and maintains a relationship with over 50 Justices of the Peace, throughout the 11 counties in the greater Dallas service area.
