Aggravated Assault

Bribery

The altering, copying, or imitation of something, without authority or right, with the intent to deceive or defraud by passing the copy or thing altered or imitated as that which is original or genuine; or the selling, buying, or possession of an altered, copied, or imitated thing with the intent to deceive or defraud.
Credit Card Fraud
The unlawful use of a credit card, debit card or automatic teller machine for fraudulent purposes.
Criminal damage
Knowingly or recklessly damaging another's property, setting a fire on another's property, injuring another's domestic animal, and/or setting a stink bomb or other offensive-smelling compound on another's property.
Criminal trespass
Unlawful presence on the land or in a building owned or controlled by another.
Damage to personal property
Non-criminal destruction, injury, disfigurement, or defacement of any personal property (examples: clothing, jewelry).

Forgery

Fraud
The intentional perversion of the truth for the purpose of inducing another person or other entity in reliance upon it to part with some thing of value or to surrender a legal right.
Larceny
The unlawful taking, carrying, leading, or riding away of property from the possession, or constructive possession of another person. It includes crimes such as shoplifting, purse snatching, bicycle thefts, etc., in which no use of force, violence, or fraud occurs. This offense category does not include offenses such as embezzlement, forgery, or bad checks.
Motor vehicle theft
The theft, or a substantial step toward the theft, of a motor vehicle.

Swindle

Theft
The unlawful taking, carrying, leading, or riding away of property from the possession, or constructive possession of another person, or a substantial step toward the taking, of property or article without the use of force. Includes burglary from motor vehicles.

Assisting Gambling
To unlawfully operate, promote, or assist in the operation of a game of chance, lottery, or other gambling activity.
Assisting Prostitution
To solicit customers or transport persons for prostitution purposes; to own, manage, or operate a dwelling or other establishment for the purpose of providing a place where prostitution is performed; or to otherwise assist or promote prostitution.
Betting
To unlawfully stake money or something else of value on the happening of an uncertain event or on the ascertainment of a fact in dispute.

Two or more persons gathering to do an unlawful act or acting together to disturb the public peace without legal authority.

Public peace violation
An offense constituting a malicious and willful intrusion upon the peace and quiet of a community or neighborhood. The crime is usually committed by an offensive or tumultuous act, such as the making of loud or unusual noises, or quarreling in public. The term is similar in meaning to breach of the peace; however, the latter is generally a broader term, encompassing all violations of public peace and order. It can also be a form of disorderly conduct and is similarly punishable upon conviction by a fine, imprisonment, or both.

A violent disturbance of the public peace by three or more persons assembled for a common purpose.

To unlawfully alter, meddle in, or otherwise interfere with a sporting contest or event for the purpose of gaining a gambling advantage.

Privacy Violations
The wrongful intrusion into a person's private activities by other individuals or by the government. Tort law protects one's private affairs with which the public has no concern against unwarranted exploitation or publicity that causes mental suffering or humiliation to the average person. The right to be left alone is not always superior to the rights of the public and it may or may not exist or may exist to a lesser degree with regard to the life of a public figure, such as a politician or other person in whom the public has a rightful interest. The right to personal privacy is encompassed as an aspect of liberty protected against government interference by the Constitution's due process clause. Some of the personal decisions protected from unwarranted government interference include decisions relating to marriage, procreation, contraception, family relationships, child rearing, and education.
