Got a Great Corporate Culture?
with IGNITER SUSAN WESTON
Session Description:
The power of culture may seem like a recent discovery, but it’s nothing new. This is a topic that has long been discussed, from philosophers, to corporate pioneers. If your corporate culture does not align with what your teams do every day and they do not have a sense of satisfaction in the work they do, you are damaging both your teams and your business. You risk having teams that “just go through the motions” and are quick to turnover. No matter where your role fits into your company, the culture that you cultivate makes a difference! Join Susan Weston as she explores three insights from culture pioneers that will provide you an action plan to create a more satisfying and supportive environment for both you and your teams.
During this session attendees will learn:
- Cognitive dissonance –when beliefs and behaviors are mismatched psychological tension occurs
- Motivator hygiene –the employee’s connection to the work
- Emotional intelligence –how you ensure employees bring their authentic selves to their work
