Building your Executive Presence
with IGNITER SUSAN WESTON
Session Description:
Our industry boasts a variety of management roles – from property managers to department heads, to regionals, even vice presidents. Yet, there are many hurdles in the journey to executive roles. Some are structural, some we create ourselves! In Susan’s 40 years of leading and supporting leadership, she has experienced those hurdles and watched other successful professionals lose influence and position due to a lack of executive presence.
