At the age of 18, Bradley began his career as a Training Lead at Six Flags. He continued his education and training efforts at numerous other companies until he started in the Multifamily industry 19 years ago, beginning with leasing and working his way through management, until he reached his current position as training director. Bradley holds designations from NAAEI for CAM and CAPS and is currently a faculty member of NAAEI. Nicolle Block is a Vice President of Operations for RPM in DFW. She is a recognized executive with 25 years of multifamily experience. She has served, taught and advocated for our industry at the local, state, and national level since 2008. She is a Past President of The Fort Worth Apartment Association and is the current president of their Education Foundation. She holds her CAPS, CAMT and EPA certifications and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington, earning her bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminology.
