Brendan Herbert is the Co-Founder of Infinity Wellness and he earned a Master’s Degree in Corporate Wellness from American University. Brendan started his wellness career as a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. To date he has trained 250 individuals and led 5,000 sessions over 5 years. His success as a personal trainer with executives led to a passion for office ergonomics in helping to prevent injuries through posture improvement.
