PAYMENT POLICY
Payment must be received and posted by April 2, 2025. If payment is not received by this date, your registration will be canceled.
To obtain the CALP credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 6 months of applicable apartment or rental housing experience. (This can be obtained while taking the course, you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
- Successful completion of all program coursework
- Pass CALP examination within 6 months of declaring candidacy
Course Materials
Materials are delivered electronically prior to the first day of class. Once delivered, candidates will have the opportunity to purchase a physical copy of the book if preferred.
ABOUT GEOFFREY GONZALES
Geoffrey Gonzales currently serves as a VP of Operations for Olympus Property. Since joining the industry in 2014, he has held key onsite positions from Leasing Consultant to Business Manager, Regional manager and currently supports his team as VP of Operations. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Geoffrey held multiple leadership roles in other industries and has a true passion for training and coaching others. Geoffrey holds his CAM credentials from NAAEI and multiple awards including AAGD’s Sapphire Awards 2018 Rookie Manager of the Year and Olympus Property’s 2019 Business Manager of the Year. Geoffrey currently serves on AAGD’s Education and NextGen Committees where his number one focus is helping train, educate and develop others to reach their goals.

You must be logged into your individual account to unlock Member or Apartment Academy rates and the invoice payment option. Non-members will receive the non-member rate and be required to submit immediate payment with a credit card.
Confirmation e-mails will be sent when registration is completed, but are not guaranteed to be sent due to incorrect emails, security filters, etc.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any photos or videos taken of you at the event can be used by AAGD in future publications, flyers, promos, web/social media postings, videos and other media concerning the event, without compensation to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received in writing and approved by the AAGD Education Department no later than April 2, 2025. Important; keep your cancellation approval e-mail for your records. If a cancellation is not received by the deadline but before the start of the program, you are responsible for a one-time, non-refundable $150 fee for restocking. No shows will be billed without exception. Student substitutions will be accepted until 72 hours before the class begins.
