ABOUT THE PROGRAM
As a multifamily professional, you wear a variety of hats from day one. As a multi-site manager those hats double and you must have the skills and experience to manage millions of dollars of real estate assets.
The Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor course is an in-depth review of property management principles and techniques that will help you to better understand: Client Services & Stakeholder Relationships / Investment Management / Asset Evaluation & Improving Performance / Talent Management

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due no later than April 15, 2025. Payment must be received and posted by this date, otherwise your registration will be canceled without exception.
To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 24 months employment as a multi-site supervisor or be either a CAM, ARM or RAM credential holder in good standing.
- Successful completion of all CAPS course work
- Successfully pass the CAPS examination within 6 months of declaring candidacy
Course Materials:
Course materials will be delivered electronically prior to the 1st day of class. Once the eBook is received, there will be an opportunity for candidates to purchase a physical copy if preferred.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Jodi Spurrell is a distinguished Multi-Family Executive leader. Jodi currently serves as the Executive Vice President of WAK Management, overseeing the daily operations of their many assets.
Jodi has received various accolades throughout the years, honoring her outstanding contributions. Such awards include: the Lone Star Award for Supervisor of the Year in Tarrant County, Supervisor of the year in Kansas City, MO, and the 2018 Rita Kirby Regional Manager of the Year award from TAA.
Jodi is an avid participant of both AAGD and FWAA (formerly AATC). At AAGD, Jodi sits on the Board of Directors as Vice President and recently served on the NAAEI Board of Directors and is a Past President of the FWAA.
With a devotion to education and development, Jodi believes in giving back and has dedicated her time to sharing her wealth of knowledge by instructing a variety of courses including: leadership and professional development for affordable housing, conventional and student properties. Known for her high energy and engaging teaching style, she inspires and motivates her students to achieve their best.
Jodi Spurrell has graduated from the FWAA, TAA and NAA Leadership Lyceum Programs and in 2019, Jodi joined the ranks of the NAAEI Faculty.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing and approved by the AAGD Education Department NO LATER THAN APRIL 15, 2025.
Student substitutions must be submitted and approved NO LATER THAN APRIL 15, 2025.
Important: keep your cancellation approval e-mail for your records. If a cancellation is not received by the deadline but before the start of the program, you are responsible for a one-time, non-refundable $150 fee for restocking.
No shows will be billed without exception. You are NOT able to transfer your registration to the next program.
