Water Conservation remains an essential element of Dallas’ long-range water supply strategy. The purpose of the ICI Program is to help you save water and money by identifying opportunities to increase your water use efficiency and to reduce your water, wastewater and electricity costs.
The City of Dallas Water Conservation Program offers up to $100,000 in site-specific rebates to ICI customers towards the cost of new equipment and processes that conserve water at existing facilities. All ICI water users served by the City of Dallas Water Utilities are eligible to apply. Rebates will be issued to account holders, property owners, or utility designees only. No minimum amount to apply. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A free City of Dallas water efficiency facility assessment is required for eligibility.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
