Program Speaker: Anthony Yeung, General Partner at Sunbelt Equity Partners

Anthony is an owner-operator. He's had a corporate career in tech while owning and self-managing 18 single-family rentals before saying "bye-bye" to corporate. He's a passive investor in 30+ partnerships and a Sponsor who has returned 82% to passive investors over 17 months through the thick of the pandemic. He was the AAGD 2021 Independent Rental Owner (IRO) of the Year and was a finalist for the 2021/2022 NAA and TAA IRO of the Year awards. Anthony is married with three kids, ages 3, 6, and 8. He is the head coach for his 6-year-old son's soccer team and the Jiu-Jitsu training partner for his 8-year-old daughter. His goal in life is to turn his daughter into a black-belt machine by the age of 18.
