About Our Speakers
Teri Gilblair has been in the multifamily industry for over 40 years. She is a IRO investor and self-manager. She currently works for Lifestyles Unlimited as a multifamliy operations consultant who assists in buying, selling and operating multifamily communities. She has been married for 34 years, and has 2 wonderful children and two perfect granddaughters.
Mark Hallman has been a real estate investor since 2013. He owns and manages both single-family and multifamily properties. Mark has a PhD in American History and also owns a pool cleaning business, VIP Home Services. He loves the Buffalo Bills, brisket, waterskiing, and enjoying his sailboat on Whiterock Lake. He is married to Carly Hallman and lives in Richardson.
