About the Instructors:

Tracy Cherry, Marketing Director, American Communities
Tracy is the Marketing Director for American Communitites. She is responsible for all aspects of outbound property marketing and brand consistency.  Tracy has held various marketing roles in the Property Management industry and her expertise includes previously held management and strategy positions, budget planning, social media management, resident retention, outreach marketing, in-house training, community involvement, leasing protocol, vendor relationships and is an active participant in industry education. She has facilitated education sessions at the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, Apartment Association of Tarrant County, Multifamily Brainstorming and private instruction for management companies.

Lissi Daniels, NAAEI Faculty, National Speaker
Lissi Daniels, a National Speaker, has dedicated over 16 years to the multifamily industry. Lissi has excelled as a leader, supporting teams and driving talent development. With remarkable expertise in leadership development, training, and performance evaluation, she is committed to helping individuals thrive in their roles. Lissi's deep love for education and mentoring is evident in her voluntary work with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and Tarrant County, where she contributes to the Education Committee and serves on the NAAEI Faculty. With boundless enthusiasm, Lissi empowers others by sharing her knowledge, motivation, and inspiration. Lissi is an NAAEI Faculty Member and graduated with a BA in Mass Communications from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2001.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
