• How to strengthen the connections amongst your team to create synergy, trust, and fulfillment.

About the instructor: Travis Allen, NALP, CAMTravis has always had a passion for training and education, seeking to mentor and teach throughout his life.  After many classes taught as a young child to his parents about dinosaurs and basic math, Travis then entered into the workforce where he worked toward various leadership and training positions.  In 2011 he began his multifamily career as a leasing agent, promoting to the senior leasing agent, assistant manager, then property manager.  His passion for education brought him to volunteer with AAGD as part of the Education Committee.  His work in the committee led him to the opportunity of a lifetime as he became the Education Programs Manager for AAGD.  Travis holds his NALP and CAM credentials and hopes to inspire tomorrow’s leaders and teach something new to everyone he meets.

Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
