Bailey Acosta, CAM, CAS, Regional Sales Manager, InterSolutions
Bailey Acosta is a dynamic leader in the multifamily housing industry with a strong background in organizational leadership. She is currently the Regional Sales Manager at InterSolutions, LLC, and previously served as the Regional Training Director at MAA. With certifications as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS), and an IMPACT Trainer as well as holding a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, she is well-versed in all things to do with people within an organization. Bailey's dedication to professional excellence in herself as well as others is evident throughout her career and her favorite thing to do is to pour back into the multifamily industry.
Outside of her professional roles, Bailey is deeply involved in her community. She serves as Vice President of both the City of Justin CDC/EDC and the Justin Heritage Foundation, where she focuses on local economic development and heritage preservation. Additionally, she previously chaired the Membership Committee for the Fort Worth Apartment Association and is currently chairing the NextGen committee for FWAA. On a personal level, Bailey is a proud mom of two boys and two French bulldogs. You can find her traveling with her husband or friends, enjoying a patio with a good margarita, crafting or DIYing a fun project, on a hike with her boys or binging a good documentary!
Gloria Chavez, Sales Executive, InterSolutionsGloria Chavez began her industry career 14 years ago as a temp leasing professional . Over the years, she progressed to assistant manager, then property manager, all while earning her Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice. Gloria later joined the supplier community with a turning company for three years before returning to onsite property management for one final year in operations. For the past three years, Gloria has been a Sales Executive with InterSolutions. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed management companies such as Tri-Marchi, Gables, Colonial, MAA, Pinnacle, and CityGate. Gloria's passion for the industry is fueled by the opportunities that she received early in her career, underscoring the importance of mentorship.
Outside of work, Gloria is a mother to three energetic teenagers and a proud caretaker of both dogs and cats, who keep her active and youthful. Gloria enjoys playing soccer with her team, La Fuerza, saving animals, and indulging in movie marathons while binge eating. A social butterfly at heart, Gloria loves scheduling activities with family and friends to create lasting memories.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.
