2024 AAGD Membership Structure & Annual Billing

Owner/Management Company Members: Owner/Management Company(s) are the primary member and must be a member in good standing for any property to join. Renewals are performed on an anniversary calendar.

Inhertied Properties: Member Properties are “inherited” members through the O/M Membership.  Additionally, every property in a member company’s portfolio within AAGD’s eleven counties represented must join to have access to TAA Leases and Forms. Renewals are performed on the property’s anniversary.

As an AAGD member, your company is a member of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. AAGD pays membership dues to TAA and NAA on your behalf. 

NAA and TAA Pass Thru Dues Increase will go into effect January 1st of every year until 2026 affecting the dues of Owners, Management Companies, and Suppliers.

As an AAGD member benefit, your company will continue to be a member of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, and the dues increase is solely a pass-thru increase of TAA Dues that will be included in your AAGD annual membership renewal.
