Our Industry Needs Your Help

There are currently two bipartisan pieces of NAA-supported legislation being debated in Congress right now, and we need you to take action:

• The Choice in Affordable Housing Act - focuses on incentivizing housing providers to participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. The legislation would provide more money to housing providers who participate, and would not include a source of income mandate through the Fair Housing Act.
• The Yes In My Backyard (YIMBY) Act - will help combat the ongoing housing affordability crisis by removing barriers to development.

We need you to take action on both bills and tell your Members of Congress to pass these important pieces of legislation.
